About Gaylen C. Ericksen

Gaylen Ericksen graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts in General Science. He received his Juris Doctor from West Los Angeles College of Law. Since 2015, he’s been dedicated to those who have been hurt by accidents or negligence at work throughout the Central Valley from our Bakersfield office.

Professional Career

Mr. Ericksen defended workers’ compensation claims for 13 years as Staff Counsel for State Compensation Insurance Fund. His experience representing both insurance carriers and injured workers has given Mr. Ericksen extensive knowledge regarding all aspects of the workers’ compensation system.

He is currently of counsel to Berry, Smith & Bartell, a Professional Law Corporation.
